Job Description

We are seeking seasonal team members to join our Villanova University team. This role focuses on picking, packing, and stocking course materials and textbooks to ensure students, faculty, and alumni receive the right items quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pull items from shelves based on customer orders.
Verify accuracy of order pick lists.
Pack and label customer orders securely for shipment or pickup.
Stock shelves and maintain organized displays of books and course materials.
Assist with receiving shipments, unboxing, and replenishing inventory.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient fulfillment area.
Meet productivity and accuracy goals to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Basic math, computer, and data entry skills.
Ability to lift boxes and stand/walk for extended periods.
Flexible availability during peak periods.
